Placing an order

  1. All of the books in our on-line catalogue are available for on-line shopping.
  2. Browse through the catalogue, find your books, indicate your desired quantity, and “add to basket” .
  3. Once you finished shopping, indicate the country of your destination. The postage will be calculated. The total amount will be displayed.
  4. Click “check out”. You will be re-directed to secured on-line payment.
  5. Once payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Your order will be shipped within 7 working days.
  6. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you tracking details of your parcel with which you will be able to track the delivery status on-line.

International Delivery and Postage

  1. We deliver to most addresses in the world.
  2. We do NOT deliver to PO Boxes.
  3. All orders outside of Hong Kong are shipped by AIR via Hong Kong Post and, where possible, by Insured Registered Post.
  4. We aim to ship all confirmed orders received within 7 working days.
  5. Your will receive shipping details of your parcel after it has been shipped, with tracking number for on-line tracking.
  6. Postage is calculated according to destination and weight, and in accordance with the rate set out by Hong Kong Post.

International Shipping Policy

We can ship to most addresses in the world but please note our shipping policy below:

  1. All orders outside of Hong Kong are shipped by AIR via Hong Kong Post and, where possible, by Insured Registered Post.
  2. Please provide detailed delivery address and contact telephone number. A Post Office Box is not an acceptable shipment address.
  3. If a shipment cannot be delivered and is returned to us by Hong Kong Post, we will handle it as an “undeliverable order”. Common causes for “undeliverable orders” are incorrect address, address with insufficient detail, refusal of delivery by the recipient, failed delivery attempt, etc.
  4. For an “undeliverable order”, we will issue a refund to you after deducting the shipping charges and an “undeliverable order handling charge” (which is equal to 15% of the total value of the “undeliverable order”). We will not be able to re-ship an “undeliverable order” but will welcome new orders to be submitted using our website.
  5. We target to ship out within 7 days upon receipt of a Confirmed Order. We will inform you immediately by email after the order has been shipped.
  6. We are not able to guarantee the delivery time as it is out of our control. Common factors that make delivery time longer are customs inspection and formalities, delivery made during holiday seasons, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, etc.
  7. If your country levy import duties and taxes, you will need to pay them. Similarly, if there are customs clearance charges, you will also need to pay them.

Delivery within HK

  1. Books are delivered within HK by local courier services.
  2. The total weight of the books ordered will be calculated when you check out.
